We highly recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, as it’s the most convenient option for our wedding festivities. While Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is an alternative, please note that it’s at least a 45-minute drive from our event locations.

We are requesting that guests wear Black Tie Optional attire.

Black Tie Optional is a formal dress code that gives guests flexibility while still keeping the overall look of the event elevated and elegant. For men: A tuxedo is welcome, but not required. A dark suit with a white dress shirt and tie is perfectly appropriate. For women: A floor-length gown, a formal midi dress, or an elegant cocktail dress all work beautifully. Dressy heels and elevated accessories are encouraged. Overall vibe: Think formal, polished, and wedding-worthy — like you’re attending a beautiful evening celebration at a luxury venue. When in doubt, it’s always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed.

In mid-April, Paradise Valley enjoys warm, spring-like weather — historically, daily highs around mid-80s°F (~86°F) and lows in the low-60s°F (~61°F) are typical around April 17. This means days feel pleasantly warm and evenings comfortably mild, ideal for outdoor celebrations and photos.

A block of rooms is being held at our host hotel, Mountain Shadows Resort, where all wedding events will take place. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to book early if you'd like to stay on property with us! While we’d love for everyone to stay at Mountain Shadows to make the most of the weekend together, we also understand there are many wonderful accommodations nearby to suit different preferences and needs.
